Then, she decided to launch her own brand Jaclyn Hill Cosmetics in March 2019. Firstly, she released a set of 20 lipsticks, palette etc. ,which got preordered and got sold very quickly, but this time it got mixed reviews from the audience. Some were satisfied, and some complained about the quality of the product.
However, Jaclyn Hill made it clear that the quality was not compromised, and if anyone has a problem he/she can contact her team, and she either replace it or issues a refund. But people kept on complaining, and as a result in mid-way, she also deleted her Twitter and Instagram accounts.
But then, in 2021, she relaunched her makeup cosmetics with the Valentine Mystery collection. She also shared that in the coming future, she will be launching many more products in the range.
